Liability Waiver

By participating in this event, I understand, accept and assume responsibility for any and all risks, whether or not specifically itemized herein, and I acknowledge that Rett’s Roost and Sage's Entertainment, its employees, associates, corporate officers, board members, volunteers, family of the same and any organization that Rett’s Roost and Sage's Entertainment represent or contract with shall be held harmless and blameless for any claims that may arise as a result of my attendance or participation in such aforementioned activities. I agree that I shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rett’s Roost and Sage's Entertainment, their subsidiaries, and affiliates from and against any liabilities whatsoever, including any demand, loss, costs, or expense, and reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of investigation, resulting from my participation in this event. In the event a claim is made against Rett’s Roost and/or Sage's Entertainment in violation of this waiver, all matters shall be subject to Mandatory Arbitration under the laws and jurisdiction of the state of Maine.

During the course of the program, photographs, online recordings, and videos may be taken and used for the promotion of Sages Entertainment, LLC and the event by Sages Entertainment, LLC or our associates. The use of the photographs, online recordings, and videos for editorial, commercial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose may be done in any medium or subsequently developed medium worldwide in perpetuity without compensation.
