Waiting List for Holbrook Island Plant Walk
Experience a unique and informational walk along Holbrook Island’s serene and groomed trails. Led by forager and author Tom Seymour, participants will learn about common forest, meadow, and seaside plants that have medicinal or nutritional value. The program is planned from 1 to 4 pm to include time for transportation and transitions. The walk itself will be between 60 and 90 minutes.
Provided in collaboration with the Wilson Museum, Friends of Holbrook Island Sanctuary, and Maine Maritime Academy, this program is free of charge with a $10 per person donation encouraged.
