Registration is free for this two-day event, and travel scholarship supports are available! Please read details of travel scholarship guidelines carefully before selecting requests in this form.

MEALS:
Meals are not provided at the training. Ample breaks are scheduled for attendees to have lunch on their own. The full-service restaurant at the DoubleTree by Hilton - Dearborn is open for service to our group, and there are many more restaurant and convenient snack options within one mile of the hotel.

TRAVEL SCHOLARSHIP GUIDELINES:
If you are interested in requesting a travel scholarship for lodging or mileage, please ensure your understanding of this process and review full eligibilty guidelines here.

LODGING:
A discounted room block for registered attendees of MCEDSV's training is secured. The discounted group rate is $85.00/night + applicable taxes (single and double occupancy).

For attendees who are requesting a lodging scholarship, reservations will be made for you by MCEDSV; if you request the lodging scholarship in the registration form, please do not book a hotel reservation directly with the hotel - it will be managed by MCEDSV.

Attendees who are NOT requesting the lodging scholarship are responsible for their own reservations, and we encourage you to secure rooms before the group block fills up or before the deadline, Monday, February 19, 2024.

For reservations, either call the DOUBLETREE BY HILTON DEARBORN at (313) 336-3340 and ask for the MCEDSV room block, or use MCEDSV's unique event booking link.
