Sunday, September 1st (rain date September 2nd)

Event hours: 10 AM to 4 PM | Vendors set up 7am - 10am (Materials must be unloaded and cars parked by 8am. no entry after 8am)

$100 per 10 x 10 space, no electricity or generators allowed

NO Food Vendors allowed

This is a family event raising funds for families facing cancer. As such, we do not allow sale of anything profane, political, violent, gun related, smoking related or the sale of recreational drugs and related products.

The donation of $100 supports Ann's Place free cancer services. Thank you for your support!

Vendor Rules

I agree to have my materials unloaded by 8 AM
I agree to operate my table in a safe and courteous manner
I will remove all garbage from vendor area and the area will be returned to its original condition.
I will remain set up until 4 PM- unless otherwise arranged with event coordinators.

Vendor Set Up:

Each Vendor will have a 10x10 space. If you need more space you may request a second adjoining space
Vendors are responsible for all supplies. There is no electricity at the site and no generators allowed.

Vendor Fee:

$100 per vendor. This fee will be donated to Ann’s Place.
Space will not be held without payment.
