Minor Volunteer Waiver

Volunteers must be at least 15 years old to volunteer without a guardian and ANY volunteer under 18 MUST have the waiver form completed by a parent or guardian. Children aged 13-14 may only volunteer if accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 years of age or older at their shift and maintain a ratio of at least a 1 adult : 5 children. Children younger than 13 may only volunteer if accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 years of age or older and maintain a ratio of at least 1 adult : 2 children.

The child must also complete the volunteer registration form.
