Writing For Yourself

Explore the art of journaling along with a variety of other writing not meant for public display. We will look into writing as meditation and self-discovery, as reflection and bearing witness. We will also use guides from well-known writers as well as those who teach journaling as a way to clarify the thought process, establish new goals, and deal with stress—all timely topics indeed! Writing exercises will be designed to open up new areas to pursue in the writing/journaling process.
