I am voluntarily participating in Flow Into Fall Yoga entirely at my own risk and assume all related risks of my participation in this activity. I hereby indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tug HIll Tomorrow Land Trust and its employees, volunteers, contractors and board members from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising out of or resulting from negligence, injury or damages from this activity.
