Join us for the 2021 ANCA Summit, August 23-26.

Partial registrations cannot be saved. We encourage you to understand all your options and have all of your information on hand before you start completing the registration form. Read the Virtual Summit information on our website here. You will be asked to make your Workshop Selections on this form.

You can use this form to register up to four additional people from your organization. You will need their:

  • Name
  • Title
  • Email Address

Each additional person will receive a separate email asking for their information including their Workshop Choices.

Registration Fees & Membership
The Summit is for current ANCA Members. We do not want the cost of a membership to be a barrier to attending and will offer two discounted membership rates for non-members to join at the Associate or Professional levels. Please go here to review your membership options.

Registration for the 2021 ANCA Summit is $285 per person. If you are registering additional staff from the same organization (same location), each additional registration is $250. You must have a current Organization Membership to register at the discounted rates.

Participant Waiver

Use of Session Recordings: Summit participants may not download, distribute, or sell session recordings, or otherwise use in any way other than intended, in part or in whole, without obtaining written permission from ANCA and the presenter.

Photography/Video of Summit Participants: During live Summit events, recorded images, video, and audio may be taken in which you may be included, and you agree and understand that these images, videos, and audio may be used by ANCA for promotional purposes in print, video, and on the Internet. Plenary Sessions and the Tuesday Workshops will be recorded, the Facilitated Discussions and Open Space will not be recorded.

Some areas of the Summit platform allow you to provide content (in chat areas, forums, associated social media pages, etc.) By posting, uploading, publishing, distributing, or transmitting information such as photos, videos, reviews, messages, content, or other personal information on the Summit platform or other ANCA-sponsored forums, blogs, or other communities, you represent and warrant that you are the sole author and owner of such content, and you further represent and warrant that you have permission from anyone included in any photos or videos, or if a child, you have permission from the child’s parent or guardian.

The open exchange of ideas and the freedom of thought and expression are central to the aims and goals of ANCA; these require an environment that recognizes the inherent worth of every person and group, that fosters dignity, understanding, and mutual respect, and that embraces diversity. For these reasons, ANCA is dedicated to providing a harassment-free Summit experience. Summit participants violating these standards may be asked to leave, at the discretion of the ANCA Board and Summit organizers.

Summit Registration Payment
You will receive an Invoice via email within 3 business days with instructions to pay by Check, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer. If you have any questions about making your payment, please contact us at membership@natctr.org.
Cancellation Policy
You are required to remit the Summit registration fee(s) within 5 business days of receiving your invoice. If you do not remit payment within 5 business days, understand that ANCA may cancel your registration. After ANCA cancels your registration due to non-payment, you will have to re-register. All registrations made after August 13, 2021 must be paid immediately upon receipt of invoice. All requests for refunds must be submitted to jenlevy@natctr.org by August 13, 2021. There will be a $25 cancellation fee for all refunds.
