Thank you for your support of Jacob's Chance. Jacob's Chance is a 501c3 that provides fitness, athletics, and social programming for individual's with special needs in a peer to peer inclusive environment. Here is what your donation can do: *	Quantity
$2,500 - Allows 5 participants an opportunity to attend enrichment classes.
$1,000 - Gives Adventure opportunties for 5 participants.
$500 - Supports scholarships for families.
$250 - Provides programming transportation for one outing
$100 - Supports social programming.
$50 - Subsidizes program cost.
