Join us on October 11th at Ember, in downtown Salt Lake, for our signature event where we highlight a culture that celebrates life, and death, while honoring those 134 individuals we've helped experience death with dignity or recover from a medical crisis. Ticket includes themed dinner, drinks, entertainment, casino games and more! The fun starts at 6:30pm! All sponsorships come with tickets to the event.
