Cacapon Institute “YourBMP” Fall 2019 Order Form

Please read and understand the following buyer agreements before making your purchase:

• I understand that I can order no more than six (6) trees. (Grasses are not limited in quantity.)
  
  
• I will be notified in September 2019 about the pick-up location.
  
  
• I will be required to attend a one-hour planting demonstration. If needed, additional information about these trees and grasses is available from Chuck Marsh, Sleepy Creek Watershed, PH 304-258-2605 or marshbc@aol.com.
  
  

Furthermore, as a Cacapon Institute “YourBMP” Recipient, I commit to: 

• Attending a community demonstration to learn about planting trees

• Planting and maintaining my trees using the methods demonstrated

• Submitting pictures of my plantings online through the “Report your BMP” mid-screen at www.cacaponinstitute.org
