Returning Mentors - Interests and Experience

Hello awesome returning mentors! We'd love to know more about what programs you are interested in, what inspired your interest in continuing/returning to mentor, and and what you're hoping to gain and contribute by mentoring again.

New Mentors - Interests and Experience

These questions help us get to know more about you, your interests and experiences, and what inspired you to apply to be a mentor at Y-WE. They also help us pair mentors with the right program. We shape our programs around the needs, passions, and goals of youth participants as well as the adults in the Y-WE community, so your answers are very helpful to us :).
As a mentor, your consistent attendance is essential! Please check the dates of the program you are applying for to make sure you can attend all or most of the program, and plan to make attending mentor trainings and meetings a priority. If you have any questions about the schedule or time and energy commitments of mentoring, please don't hesititate to reach out to us!
See the schedule for each program here: https://youngwomenempowered.org/our-programs/
