Major Responsibilities:

Taking beverage orders from patrons and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail, in a timely manner
Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all patrons served
Collecting money for drinks served and providing change as needed
Organizing the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory
Keep the bar clean and well stocked
Closing duties such as cash reconcilation, inventory, tidying bar
Other duties as directed

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

Have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment while remaining pleasant and professional at all times
Should have experience with bartending, reasonable knowledge of drink mixing
Should have experience working in an environment where customer service is a priority
Must have demonstrated competencies in the areas of oral communications, customer service, and professionalism

Essential Requirements:

Must have On-Premise Server Permit (ABC License), and additional education, training, certificates, or experience as required
Meet state minimum age to serve alcohol (18+)
Basic math and computer skills
Flexible schedule
Must be able to remain on your feet for long periods of time, and lift up to 25lbs
Must be able to work variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Disseminate information to Bijou Theatre customers regarding event details via telephone and in-person
Balance nightly sales and handle cash flow

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience working in a ticketing environment is preferred
Previous experience working on Ticketmaster platform is a plus
Must have working knowledge of computers and cash handling
Should have experience working in an environment where customer service is a priority
Must have demonstrated competencies in the areas of oral communications, customer service, and professionalism

Essential Requirements:

Must be able to remain stationary for long periods of time
Must be able to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Major Responsibilities:

Act as general assistant to artist and their management team day of show (may include grocery shopping and other errands)
Coordinate and deliver food and beverage to the artist and talent
Ensure stage and backstage areas are clean and free of clutter
Assist with any other aspect of stage production, such as show pass and guest list distribution
Other duties as directed

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

Reasonable knowledge of Knoxville to properly locate restaurants, stores, music stores, area attractions, etc

Essential Requirements:

Must have properly working, clean and smoke-free automobile that can accomodate at least four passengers plus luggage and gear
Must possess a valid Driver's License and provide proof of insurance
Must have an exceptional driving record
Ability to work long and late hours
Must be 18+
