LIABILITY WAIVER

I acknowledge that my party and I are participating in this Pasadena Audubon Society (PAS) and California Native Plant Society San Gabriel Mountains Chapter (CNPS SGM) field trip at our own risk. I understand that PAS and CNPS SGM make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the safety of this field trip. I expressly release and hold harmless PAS, CNPS SGM, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, successors, volunteers, and assignees from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action for any loss, damage, or injury to person or property incurred by myself or my party in connection with this field trip, including, but not limited to, any transportation arranged, paid for, or provided by PAS and CNPS SGM. This release is binding upon me, my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assignees.

I have read this entire participant, release of liability and indemnification form, I understand and accept its terms and conditions, and I voluntarily sign this form.

IMAGE RELEASE

I grant and convey to the Pasadena Audubon Society (PAS), the California Native Plant Society San Gabriel Mountains Chapter (CNPS SGM), and their representatives, licensees, volunteers, and assignees, all rights, titles, and interests to any and all photographs, images, videos, or audio recordings of myself and my party, captured by PAS, CNPS SGM officers, volunteers, observers, or local media agencies during my participation in the field trip.

I have read this entire Image Release and I understand and accept its terms and conditions.
