Green Blocks: Parkland

The Tacoma Tree Foundation is bringing trees to Parkland in 2023! Our goal is to distribute 200 trees to Parkland this planting season as an effort to reduce polluted stormwater runoff, cool the neighborhood, and help residents create a greener community. We are also a hosting a Tree Steward Training that will teach participants how to select, plant, and prune trees, as well as create community by bringing trees to their neighborhood.
