December General Young Adult Peer-to-Peer

The General Young Adult Peer-to-Peer course is peer-led. The course is focused on mental health and wellness for young adults ages 18-30 who are living with a mental health condition (no diagnosis required). For more information, please visit our website

Dates: December 4th - January 29th*
Schedule: Wednesdays, 6:00 - 8:00 PM Pacific Time
Location: In-person. The in-person meeting location is Taborspace located at 5441 SE Belmont St, Portland, OR 97215

*Class will not meet on December 25th and January 1st

This class is only for Young Adults (18-30) living with a mental health condition regardless of diagnosis

Physical copies are strongly recommended. However, if you have a separate screen to read from during class (such as an ipad or second computer monitor), you may opt out for digital materials instead.
