Set up begins at 9:00 am on October 21. Tabling gear must be dropped off in designated areas (to be shown on the forthcoming map); the streets around Bo Diddley Plaza will be closed. Volunteers will be available to watch the gear while vendors park. All vendors must be set up by noon. Non-business vendors may leave at 5:00 pm; otherwise, they should stay until 8:00 pm so as not to disrupt other vendors. The streets around Bo Diddley Plaza will remain closed until 8:30 pm and vendors are responsible for carrying away their tabling gear.
Vendors must be off-site by 9:30 p.m. Any unauthorized vehicles left on the festival site after the conclusion of the festival are subject to towing at owner's expense.
