2022 Golf Classic Volunteer Sign-up

The Liberty Hospital Foundation's Golf Classic is a fantastic opportunity for community members to support health and wellness in the Liberty Hospital region through a day of friendly competition, delicious food and prizes. Proceeds from this event support the work of the Foundation, patient assistance, education programs & more.

Date: Friday, Sept. 16

Event Time: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Location: Staley Farms Golf Club at 10310 N Olive Ave, Kansas City, MO 64155

Volunteer Information

High Priority:

Player Registration: Assist with digital registration and check-in table.

Medium Priority:

On-Course Games & Hole Supervision: Manage games on the course including the putting contest and longest drive, as well as oversee select holes.
Relief: Provide breaks and help clean-up/break down signage.

Low Priority:

Team Photographer: Snap photos of our players, teams and volunteers.
Beverage Cart: Drive around the course and provide beverages to players.
Driving Range: Oversee warm-ups on the Driving Range. Commerce Bank will provide volunteers for this shift.

Requirements:

Attire: This is an outdoor event — rain or shine — so please dress for the weather. Shorts are completely fine, but please no denim.
What To Bring: Hat, sunscreen, bug spray and an umbrella to block the sun are all recommended.
Age Mininum: 18-years-old or older; Must be at least 21 to help with the beverage cart.
Volunteer Perks: Complimentary event T-shirt & meal.
