Where: Thompson Family Forever Wild Preserve, 904 Eastford Rd, Southbridge, MA
What: Trail work- may include clearing overgrown vegetation, trimming branches, removing fallen trees/debris, repairing trail surfaces
Directions: Heading South on Elm St in Southbridge, take a right on Eastford Road. Follow road for 2 miles, trail head will be on your right, just south of Dennison Drive. You can also type in 904 Eastford Rd, Southbridge into the GPS. 42.047853, -72.058548
Parking: There is limited parking for two or three cars along the edge of the road. Use extra caution when entering & exiting your vehicle. Carpooling encouraged! Contact the office if you would like help arranging a carpool.
Notes: Bring water, sturdy close-toed shoes, layers for warmth, orange clothing for safety during hunting season. Please bring work gloves, clippers, loppers, and hand saws if you have them. No tools? No problem, just let us know and we'll bring extra. Snacks will be provided.
