By submitting payment, ticket holders hereby release the HWHRC and The Wenham Museum (as venue), their officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents and any other involved parties (together, the "Released Parties") of all liability for injury or loss (including property loss due to theft, fire, accident, weather or other cause). Ticket holders further agree to indemnify the Released Parties from and against any and all claims made by or through any related party in connection with this event.
