RENOVATION PROJECTS
The State of Tennessee has agreed to allow 4:13 Strong to make capital improvements and building renovations as we deem necessary. The value of the improvements that we make will be deducted from our rent. Our goal is to seek in-kind and financial donations to help us with this project. We plan to begin work in July 2023 and finish all renovations by December 2024. Below is a list of the items on our renovation list:
- Replace ventilation and ceilings in all bathrooms (36 bathrooms)
- Replace roofs, gutters, and downspouts (6 buildings)
- Add new exterior soffits and siding (6 buildings)
- Upgrade common kitchen areas (3 buildings)
- Pave parking lot and curbs
- Replace windows and doors (6 buildings)
- Interior and exterior paint
- Drainage and landscaping
