This April, Waterford will hold the 7th Annual Historic Waterford Trail Run/Walk to benefit the Waterford Foundation, the nonprofit charged with preserving the historic buildings and open spaces of the Waterford National Historic Landmark.  We expect several hundred runners and their families to return to Waterford this April to take advantage of this opportunity to run the historic streets and fields of the picturesque village.  You can help make this event a success with your business sponsorship! Both cash and in-kind donations are welcome.

Please see the suggested sponsorship levels below, and contact me to discuss how your business’s goals for community involvement can be met with a Historic Waterford Trail Run sponsorship.

New! Course Sponsor: Sponsor the 5K ($2500), 10K ($2000), or Fun Run ($1500) course (5K and 10K Sponsorships sold out; only Fun Run Sponsorship available)

• Your business recognized at the event before the start of the sponsored race
• Your business logo featured on run t-shirts, alongside other course sponsors; and
• Your business name and logo featured in run marketing materials and on www.waterfordfoundation.org, with a link to your website.
• Complimentary run registrations: 5K (10 registrations), 10K (8 registrations), Fun Run (6 registrations)

Premier - $1,000:

• Your business logo featured on run t-shirts, alongside other premier sponsors; and
• Your business name and logo featured in run marketing materials and on www.waterfordfoundation.org, with a link to your website.
• Four run registrations

Gold Sponsor - $500

• Your business logo featured on run t-shirts, along with other gold sponsors.
• Your business name listed (logo not included) in all run marketing materials and on www.waterfordfoundation.org (link to website not included).
• Two run registrations

Silver Sponsor - $250

• Your business name listed (logo not included) on run t-shirts, alongside other silver sponsors.
• Your business name listed on www.waterfordfoundation.org.
• One run registration

Bronze Sponsor - $100

• Booth space at the post-run Preservation Expo, providing a direct connection to over 300 runners and their families.

The run is scheduled for Saturday, April 22, 2023. To make sure your company logo goes on our run shirt and marketing materials, we need your commitment by March 14th.
