Earlier this year, a severe windstorm destroyed the high tunnel at Sweet Season Farm, a SILT-protected farm operated by beginning farmers Carly and Ethan Zierke. The high tunnel is critical to extending their growing season and providing fresh, local produce to the Decorah community.
