One moment please...

Volunteer at Awbury - Awbury Food Forest Work Days

*

This group meets every 1st Saturday and 3rd Sunday of the month, from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. How often would you like to volunteer?

Check here if you are receiving your Weavers Way work credit hours by volunteering at Awbury Arboretum. Please note: you should already have completed registration through the Weavers Way membership portal.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Awbury Arboretum Association and the City Parks Association and the organizations’ agents, employees, and independent contractors from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, and/or damages (including legal fees and costs of court) which any of the above individuals or organizations may suffer or be subjected to, by reason of the Client’s use of the premises.
Because Awbury Arboretum is regularly home to children’s field trips, camps, and other school groups, we have a policy of requiring all staff and regular volunteers to submit a copy of their PA Child Abuse History Clearance. While we generally do not require volunteers to submit a clearance before their first visit, please be advised that you must be able to provide us a copy upon request.

The PA Department of Public Welfare waives the fee for volunteers having direct volunteer contract with children, as is the case when volunteering at Awbury.

If you do not have a current PA Child Abuse History Clearance, you may obtain one free of charge.

Photographs taken have the potential to be used in Awbury exhibits, published in local news outlets and in Awbury publications, or published on Awbury websites or other digital media.
