We need volunteers! If you would like to be considered for the 2019 Dustoff Event please complete the form below. Please note we will not contact you with specific job details until much closer to the event. We will confirm your availability via email as it gets closer.
All volunteers must be 18 or older unless prior approval is received from Event staff. The exception is areas that you are required to be 21+.
Planning Committee - Help plan the event. No event planning experience required.
Concert Registration Booth - Responsible for selling tickets or redeeming tickets at the door for all guests. Monitor parking lot access. Shifts are usually 3-7:30pm or 7-10:30pm.
Security - Monitor parking lot access, general event security, backstage security, band security, etc.Shifts are usually 3-7:30pm or 7-10:30pm.
Motorcycle Registration - Assist in the morning with registering motorcycles. This will be off-site at a location in Tacoma TBD.
Motorcycle Stop/Table - Assist at one or the motorcycle stops. This will be off-site at a location between 11am and 430pm).
Silent Auction Table - Answer auction related questions, monitor items, collect payment, etc. Shift is 3-830pm.
VIP Seating Area Representative - Maintain VIP area (cleaning tables, fulfilling requests of VIP's or answering questions). Shifts are usually 3-7:30pm or 7-10:30pm.
Set Up - General Event set up. Shift is 12-5pm.
Tear Down - General Event tear down. Shift is 8-1130pm.
General Clean Up During Event - Assist with keeping grounds clean and maintained. Shifts are usually 3-7:30pm or 7-10:30pm.
VIP/Band Runner - Assist bands with requests - water, food, etc. Must have a vehicle. Shift is 12pm-12am.
Vendor Assistant - Help coordinate the vendor booths day of. Shift is 130-530pm.
OPW57 Merch Table - Sell Operation ward 57 merchandise. Shifts are usually 3-7:30pm or 7-10:30pm.
Beer Garden - Check ID's, Sell Alcohol. Will be required to be 21+ and have proper serving license if serving. Shifts TBD.
