We have turned our company Holiday Party into a fundraiser to support our operations and we have invited YOU! For a ticket price, we’ve created some great value, and a portion of your ticket will be a donation to LSUR’s General Operations fund, to support our mission(s) for 2020.
We’d like you to come meet the team, see some of our equipment, hear our stories and enjoy the festivities of our celebration of a great 2019, with Games, Activities, and Food at MainEvent in Independence.
All ticketed attendees will receive:
- Chips/Salsa, Hummus & Veggie Platters, Unlimited Soft Drinks
- LSUR Supporter T-Shirt
- One Ticket to our Raffle for giveaway prizes, including MainEvent Family Pass, Jewelry, and Gift cards
- Adult Beverages (full bar) available for purchase, but please enjoy responsibly.
Our Ticket Packages are split into two categories: Play—Enjoy the amenities of Main Event at a great value while still donating to LSUR. Dine—Have a great meal, and enjoy the banquet room with LSUR Members, joining the core of the holiday party with a White Elephant Gift Exchange (optional), stories, jokes, and general comradery.

Play:
$25 per person; Play games, share events with LSUR Volunteers at Main Event in Independence (address).
Includes UNLIMITED Activities (Bowling, Gravity Ropes, Lazer Tag, Billiards, Shuffleboard) for three hours and 1 hour of UNLIMITED Arcade time. Bowling Shoe Rental is INCLUDED.
At 4PM, Our LSUR Holiday Banquet will begin.
Join us to celebrate the year with your paid ticket. If you cannot attend, consider a sponsorship to help offset the cost of a Volunteers Attendance.
Dine: (Banquet)
$35 per person provides access to our private banquet area, with a PIT BOSS BBQ Banquet including: Slow smoked pork ribs, grilled BBQ chicken breast, smoked jalapeno sausage, mac ‘n cheese with a garlic crouton crust, BBQ beans, house slaw, house-made cornbread & whipped butter. Cookies and Brownies as a desert treat. We will also include a Ticket to our Raffle for prizes, including a MainEvent Family Pass, Jewelry, and Gift cards. You’ll also be invited to participate in our White Elephant Gift Exchange (optional with $25 limit), Group Stories/Discussions, Inside Equipment Demos and More.
For the younger ones, we have a Kid’s Meal which includes 2 Slices of Pizza for a $10 donation.
Buy both the Play and Banquet tickets and receive a third raffle ticket at no additional cost. Additional raffle tickets are available for $5 each.

Volunteer Attendance Sponsorship:
Our Members and their families are receiving at no cost to them, three hours of activities and arcade play and the PIT BOSS BBQ Banquet. We do this, for all our Members as one of the ways we recognize their non-compensated dedicate to the community throughout the year. Help us offset this cost from our General Fund, by Sponsoring their attendance. Sponsorship will include listings on LSUR Website / Social Media event photos.
