September 27, 2024 Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental Health First Aid is a course that gives people the skills to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. The evidence behind the program demonstrates that it does build mental health literacy, helping the public identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness.

Unfortunately, due to the high demand and intimate nature of this training, space is limited and we are unable to issue any refunds if you are unable to attend.

This training provides four (8) hours of continuing education credits for Certified Substance Abuse Counselors and Social Workers.

Payment

No validated parking in 677 Ala Moana Blvd. Paid parking is also available at Lot C next to the UH Medical School. Limited metered street parking may be found on Ilalo Street in front of UH Medical School.
