SICSA Campership Application

SICSA Pet Adoption Center has a limited number of full and partial camperships for Animal Adventure Camps. Camperships funds are offered so that students who otherwise could not afford to attend camps, can attend. Camperships are awarded based on the applicant's need and interest in animals and animal welfare. First time applicants will be given consideration over those who have previously received scholarships.

Campership Application Guidelines:

Applicants are evaluated without regard to race, religion, natural origin, sex or physical ability
Funding is limited and camperships are not guaranteed to all applicants
Incomplete applications will not be reviewed
Camperships will be awarded based on need
First time applicants are given priority over applicants/families who have already been awarded a camperships within the same year or the previous year.

Eligibility for need-based camperships is based on household size and income standards. If an applicant does not fall within these criteria but can prove other special circumstances a camperships may still be granted.

By signing below, we are stating that the information outlined above is accurate, and that the amount of campership funds we are requesting is necessary in order for the applicant to be able to attend this program. I realize that funds for financial assistance are very limited and that receiving the full amount of funds requested is not guaranteed. In order to receive campership awards, participants must successfully complete the program, which means participants must attend, and complete the program without any disciplinary problems. Should the participant be sent home for disciplinary problems, the participant must reimburse SICSA for the amount of the campership award.
