ShoreLake Arts offers financial aid to a number of families whose household income is at or below 80% of Area Median Income as reported by the Seattle Office of Housing. See the table below to find the household income limit for your household size. If your household income (before tax is taken out) is equal to or less than the amount shown in the table below, you are eligible for financial assistance. For example, if there are 3 people in your household and the pre-tax incomes of everyone in your household add up to $83,300 per year or less, you are eligible for financial assistance.

Household Size* Household Income** Limit
1 person $64,790
2 people $74,050
3 people $83,300
4 people $92,560
5 people $99,960
6 people $107,370
7 people $114,770
8 people $122,180

*Household Size = Everyone who lives full-time in your household. Specifically, this include you (the applicant), plus all other people who earn income for your household, plus all financially dependent people in your household.

**Household Income = The combined pre-tax income earned by you plus everyone else who earns income in your household.

You are eligible for financial aid

PLEASE NOTE: Eligibility does not guarantee that you will be awarded financial aid. ShoreLake Arts has a limited amount of financial aid available to students on a first-come, first served basis. ShoreLake Arts will review your application and respond to you within 5 business days.

Applicants who are awarded financial aid will receive a discount code that will fully cover camp tuition but not registration and supplies fees. Recipients are still responsible for paying registration and supplies fees ($40 for week-long camps or $30 for one-day camps). For week-long camps, the total amount of fees is $40. For one-day camps, the total amount of fees is $30.

‚ÄčWhile ShoreLake Arts is working toward making youth camps accessible to everyone regardless of income, this is a work in progress and we may not be able to grant financial aid to everyone who applies. Generally, ShoreLake Arts can award financial aid to 1 to 2 students per camp on a first-come, first served basis. Students may receive financial aid one time per calendar year.

Pay attention to the Ages when selecting camps. Your child must be within the specified age range to attend a camp.
