The Sam Patch and Riverie are operated by Corn Hill Waterfront and Navigation Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting the community and visitors to Rochester’s historic waterways through on-the-water learning experiences.

In June 2023, we were able to offer science cruises to almost 500 Rochester City 5th Graders, completely funded through generous donations.  Our goal for the upcoming school year is to expand that program to all Rochester City 5th Graders.  Will you help us ignite an interest in science, boating, and history in our local youth? 

The Genesee River and Erie Canal are essential to Rochester's history (and future).  Please help us share these incredible waterways aboard Sam Patch and Riverie!
