August Friends Float Registration 2022

Our 2022 Friends Floats is an opportunity to enjoy an evening on the water while learning about the Snake River and the work we do at the Snake River Fund . The float and dinner cost $100 per person and is offered on a first-come first-served basis to supporters of the Snake River Fund. Space is limited to available boat and staff capacity as well as water/river conditions. We will respond to your request as soon as time allows.

FLOAT DETAILS

Please meet us at Wilson Boat Ramp at 2:45PM on Wednesday August 3rd, 2022. You can park at the Wilson Boat Ramp or at Stilson, we will be shuttling you back to your vehicle. Dinner and Raffle will be at BLM Parcel 23 after the float. Bring your own PFD if you have one. If you don't have your own PFD we will be happy to provide you with one.

Acknowledgement of Risk

I am aware as a participant I expose myself to potential hazards associated with participation in Snake River Fund events. I am willingly participating in these events. I hereby agree to accept any and all risk. For myself and my loved ones, including members of my immediate family, I accept the risks of: death, drowning, paralysis, broken bones, contagious diseases, traumatic brain injury, and other life-ending or life-changing forms of harm. I agree that neither I, nor my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, and any other legal representatives, will make any claim against, or sue for injury and/or death or damage resulting from the negligence or any other acts or omissions, however caused, by any employee, agent, board member, volunteer contractor of the Snake River Fund, (collectively herein meaning “the Snake River Fund”) as a result of my participation with the Snake River Fund. I hereby agree to release the Snake River Fund from any and all liability, actions, claims, or demands that I, my assignees, heirs, guardians, and legal representatives now have or may hereafter have for injury resulting from my participation with the Snake River Fund.

Conduct Agreement

I recognize that as a participant I represent the Snake River Fund to the public. I accept the responsibility for this status and will conduct myself in a professional manner. I will not participate in and will report to an agent of the Snake River Fund instances of harassment, exploitation, and or intimidation. I will work to maintain an atmosphere of physical safety, emotional safety, and respect for everyone associated with the Snake River Fund.

Photo Release

I give permission for photographs, taken during the above declared event, of me and the persons listed below to be published in marketing and educational materials, on social media (e.g. Facebook), and on the Snake River Fund’s website (http://www.snakeriverfund.org). I understand that these photos can be viewed by anyone in the world, and identifying information may be displayed.
