GIFT MEMBERSHIP ORDER FORM

Please complete this form to gift a one-year BMAC membership.

The recipient will receive their membership cards in the mail, along with a welcome letter informing them that you purchased their gift membership (unless you prefer to remain anonymous).

STEP 1 - CHOOSE MEMBERSHIP LEVEL

Individual $45 ($40 for seniors and students)
Free admission to all exhibits
Free or reduced admission to many events
Invitations to special events
10% discount in the BMAC gift shop

Household $85
Same as Individual, but for all members of a single household (parents, children, caregivers)

Friend $150
Same as Household, plus free admission to more than 1,000 participating museums in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, courtesy of the North American Reciprocal Museum (NARM) Association

Sponsor $350
Same as Friend, plus three gift memberships

Patron $500
Same as Sponsor, plus an invitation to a special exhibit tour with an artist or curator

Director’s Circle $1,000
Same as Patron, plus invitations to Director’s Circle events and your name listed on a museum wall panel for one year
