The Student Advocacy Center presents: "Telling Tales Out of School," a virtual storytelling fundraising event. Come and celebrate the art and craft of storytelling, while supporting the Student Advocacy Center and our work keeping students in school.

Stories include a high school student who has experienced racism and much more, a parent whose elementary-aged son was expelled and an adult who worked with SAC more than 10 years ago and says we saved his life!
Goodies will be delivered right to your car from members of the Ann Arbor Derby Dimes Roller Derby League, including Domino's, Zingerman's, and gourmet spiced popcorn by Ypsi culinary genius Dawn Keech.

Our Community Advocate Award will be given to S. Joy Gaines, First Assistant Public Defender at Washtenaw County Office of Public Defender. Our Educator Advocate Award will be given to Hannah Huget, a social worker at Holmes Elementary School at Ypsilanti Community Schools.
