Fall Field Trips 2023 - Real Learning Real Work

Volunteer to help us guide middle school students as they assess salmon habitat for their restoration design project!

Feel free to sign up for multiple days! Timing is generally from 9am-2pm, but varies depending on the school bus schedule.

October 17th (AM only) - Discovery Bay: Sunfield 7th & 8th

October 23rd - Discovery Bay: OCEAN 7th & 8th

October 26th - Dungeness River: Sequim 7th

October 27th - Dungeness River: Sequim 7th

November 6th: Discovery Bay: Blue Heron 7th

Are you comfortable co-leading an activity with a small group of students?

Facilitator guides will be provided for you a week ahead of time for you to have time to review (they are short, sweet, and to the point!) and we will have time to review and answer any questions during the volunteer orientation before the students arrive.
