Oregon Student Opportunity Submission

The Oregon Student Opportunities Hub hosted on the Architecture Foundation of Oregon website is a home base for Kindergarten through Post-Secondary students to find opportunities to engage in architecture, engineering, construction and related topics.

The webpage also includes opportunities for design and building professionals and firms to support Oregon students engaging in these topics.

Help us keep our resource up to date by sharing your opportunity for Oregon students or professionals!

We are always looking for:

  • Youth programs for Oregon students focused on architecture, engineering, construction, and design subjects
  • Scholarships, internships and mentorships for Oregon high school and college students pursuing AEC careers
  • Volunteer opportunities for design and building professionals to engage with youth
  • Ways we can support you!

Questions? Contact Candice Agahan, AFO Education Program Manager, candice@af-oregon.org, 503-542-3823.

The Community Connection SLAM is a virtual event that features organizations and people who provide opportunities for Oregon youth. The SLAM is typically attended by architecture, engineering and construction professionals as well as other youth program providers. We are currently working to expand this audience to include students and educators. If we get enough interest, we hope to host our next SLAM this fall/winter.
