Membership Welcome Package Shipping Notice

I understand that The Mars Generation is a nonprofit and cannot afford to ship multiple welcome packages due to shipping failures with the post office. I understand The Mars Generation will make one effort to ship a welcome package through first class U.S. postal service to the address I provided on this sign up form. If the package does not arrive for any reason, I understand I must work with the post office to find the lost package. I understand The Mars Generation will NOT send out a second package.

TMG is a grassroots, volunteer driven nonprofit. Operating a membership program requires a lot of resources and customer service. We do not have the ability to offer refunds for people who did not cancel their membership before renewal or other issues that may arise. Please read the statement below and check that you understand our refund policy and cancellation policy.
