Youth-Centered Permanency Roundtables (YCPRTs) are expanding to five new sites in Ohio through the Statewide Facilitator model. This is your chance to offer this meeting framework that puts youth at the center of a series of important meetings that support them on their permanency journey. Youth invite their supports- individuals whom they trust and care about - to attend their meetings and help them create lifelong connections with the goal of achieving legal permanency. Kinnect has been supporting the implementation of YCPRTs with partners across Ohio since. This work aligns with Kinnect’s strategies to build inclusive connections and intentional plans with youth for exiting foster care.
