Only one exhibitor per booth is allowed per agency, business or organization. The exhibitor fee includes a table and chairs along with an easy up tent. Volunteers will also be available to assist you with carrying your marketing materials in and out of the park. Your business name and/or logo will also be listed in the thank you section of the of the SOS electronic newsletter and will be mentioned on social media. As a limited number of exhibitor tables will be available, they will be assigned in order of registration and receipt of payment. You must provide a certificate of insurance naming SOS Recovery Community Organization as additional insured with at least $1,000,000 in coverage.
Setup and Parking Info:
The event runs from 11am - 3pm Set up will start at 10am and we ask that all exhibitors have completed set up before 10:45am. We also require that all exhibitors keep their booth set up until 3pm and have someone on-site until the end of the program. Please note their is limited metered street parking. Dover does enforce parking on Saturdays. There is also parking available in the City parking garage on Orchard St. which is a 7 minute walk. Parking Map
Parking is prohibited on River St. this year due to development of the waterfront.
