If you are sponsoring the event with a corporate team, please fill out the online team registration form. Or you can download and print the team registration form, and send it by mail to 14 Clayton Ave., Cortland, NY 13045, or email it to robyn@cortlandywca.org.

We encourage you to pre-pay for your first aid kit to speed up the registration process at the check-in table on the day of the event. If you would like to pre-pay for a kit for your corporate golf team, please select the $400 Corporate Team + First Aid Kit option, and we will have it ready for you at registration. The first aid kit contains things to help you improve your team's golf score, like Mulligan coupons and more.

SPECIAL NOTE: As of July 11, we have filled all 30 team slots. If you submitted a corporate team sponsorship or registration form prior to this date, we have your team spot reserved and you can go ahead and submit your online payment. If you are unsure if you signed up for a corporate team or have questions, please email robyn@cortlandywca.org.

By check: please make the check payable to "YWCA Cortland," write "2024 Pig-n-Par Golf Tournament" in the memo line, and mail it to 14 Clayton Ave., Cortland, NY 13045. Please fill out this sponsorship form and return it with your payment.
