2022 Young Adult Adventure Camp Registration

This is the registration for participants 21- 38 years of age. Camp is every Tuesday beginning May 31st through August 2nd from 10am to 2pm. A $15 deposit per day is required to reserve a spot. This registration reserves a spot for the participant signed up. Once we receive the registration we will email an invoice to you. We request at least a 24 hour notice cancellation prior to the event day.

If cost is a financial burden, please fill out our Financial Aid Application.

There are a limited number of slots available. This registration will secure your Participant's slot. CDA will notify you if your participant has been placed on the waitlist. We request at least a 24 hour notice cancellation prior to the event day. This way we can offer that spot to a waitlisted participant.

June 22nd - Horseback riding at Harmony Acres, Loma, CO

June 28th- Cycling at CDA

May 31st: Cycling at CDA 601 Struther's Ave, Grand Junction, CO 81501 (Max. 10 participants)

July 5th - Ice Skating at River City Sportsplex, 2515 Riverside Pkway, GJ

July 12th - Town Float - Drop off at Riverbend Park, Palisade. Pick up at Corn Lake, 32 Rd

June 19th - Lake Day at Dream Big Lake, 618 Dike Rd, GJ

July 26th - Cycling at CDA

August 2nd - Family Day at Las Colonias Park. 2735 Riverside Pkwy.

Colorado Discover Ability's Limitations

Please note that Colorado Discover Ability does not administer medications and does not provide diaper changing or catheter changing in any capacity. Caregivers and/or Guardians may participate in the activities if needed.

Transportation Considerations:

At this time Colorado Discover Ability does not provide transportation to and from events. If transportation is a limitation please contact the Program Coordinator at 970-778-5766 for options.

Lunch:

With the exception of Family Day, CDA Adventure Camp does not provide lunch. Please send your participant with adequate food and beverage items. If the participant has a feeding tube, a parent/caregiver must be present to serve the participant.

Media and Release of Liability Waivers

Please complete our release of Liabilty and Media Waivers. Participants cannot participate without a Release of Liability Waiver. If you have already completed one in the past year, you do not need to resubmit one.
