Photo-booth Rental

Arts of Life Photo booth rental fee for pre-approved events

Fee Includes:
- equipment delivery, set up, and breakdown
- Online gallery hosting for up to 90 days from event end time (after which the online gallery may be archived)
- Instant sharing of images via text and/or email 
- Full album to be emailed to host for download within 24 hours of event end
- option for a custom logo inclusion to be uploaded beforehand (design provided and approved by host at least 24 hours in advance)
- brief training walkthrough on equipment upon arrival

Host to provide:
-full payment prior to the event 
-onsite wifi connection (necessary for instant image sharing)
-standard power outlet
-host to provide any props or backdrop setting necessary.
-host is fully responsible for all photo booth equipment once set up and left in their possession unless managed onsite by Arts of Life staff.
-provide detailed instructions for arrival and location set up with a point of contact personnel 

*Host may cancel via email up to 3 days prior to event start time for a full refund otherwise this service is non-refundable. 
*All photos will be hosted in a public online album unless otherwise discussed.
