2021 Honored Citizen Dinner

Help AFO staff kick off the largest industry event of the year! All volunteers will receive free admission to the event. Learn more about the event honoring Carol Edelman, here.

All volunteer positions will occur in person on Wednesday, November 17 and Thursday, November 18 at the Hyatt Regency Portland, 375 NE Holladay St, 97232.

All volunteers must be vaccinated and must be able to show proof of vaccination. Please read our COVID-19 Safety Statement here.

All volunteers will be granted one free ticket to the event on Thursday, November 18, 5:30pm pre-reception, 7pm program.

1:00-4:00pm - Stage design assembly and pre-event setup

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2021

10:00am-12:00pm - Pre-event Setup

4:00-6:00pm - Patron Reception Registration

4:30-7:00pm - Vaccination Status Checkers

4:30-7:15pm - General Event Registration

5:00-6:45pm & 8:55-9:30pm - Hype Sales People & Sales Checkout (Encourage people to purchase auction and raffle items! Help with sales checkout after the event)

6:30-7:05pm - Ballroom Directional Assistance (Help attendees find their tables before the dinner and program)

9:00-10:00pm - Event Strike/Cleanup
