2023 Post Auction Items & Paddles Up

This year Paddles Up is dedicated to our children's safety. Our school has invested in added security over the years, giving us confidence in the safety and protection of the children in our care. One suggestion that has been fairly consistent among both parents and faculty/staff members in our community is the desire to have an armed police officer on our campus each and every school day. 

The Buy It Now items are available to purchase for a short time, so make sure you get them before they are gone! The available multi items and their purchase-by dates are listed below:

1. Free Dress Pass on May 1st, $25 - The names of the students who have purchased free dress passes will be given to all homeroom teachers. A physical pass is not needed. Available for purchase until Sunday, April 30th. 

2. Maida's Belts and Buckles Brass St. Cecilia Belt Buckle, $60 - This beautiful belt buckle is uniform-approved! Generously donated by Maida's Belts and Buckles and the Maida Family. Available for purchase until sold out.

4. PK3 Hand-Embroidered, Framed Name Keepsake, $65 - Preserve your child’s earliest learning days with a personalized hand-embroidered keepsake. Each name is stitched in our Pre-K 3 kids' very own handwriting and beautifully framed to enjoy and remember for years to come. One day you’ll look back on these precious jagged, misshapen letters with fondness! Hand embroidered by Claire Cusimano. Coordinated by Claire Cusimano and Tori Hicks. Available until sold out.

5. 2nd Grade Letters to God Book, $130 - A long-standing St Cecilia tradition, your child's class book of Letters to God. As our students build an even stronger relationship in their faith this year with First Communion, we mark the occasion with their letter, message, and questions to God. This is a book each student and parent will look fondly upon for many many years. Coordinated by Stefanie Lyons and Jessica Burke. This treasure was crafted by our 2nd graders. The books will be delivered to your child's homeroom the last week of May. Available for purchase until Wednesday, May 10th.

6. 7th Grade Texas Tour Memory Book, $110 - Preserve the good times from the 7th Grade Texas tour trip with this special memory book. You and your 7th grader will look back on this book and reminisce about this special tradition for years to come! Coordinated by Terry Powell. The books will be delivered to your child's homeroom the last week of May. Available for purchase until Wednesday, May 10th.

1. Birthday Star! $200 each - let your child celebrate his or her birthday at school in a special way! The “Birthday Star” package includes the following: a birthday treat from the Cafeteria for every student in your child's grade and a free dress day for every student in their grade on the day of your choosing. SOLD OUT

Each Birthday Star package is for use during the 2023-2024 school year, for one child per household. Date to be mutually agreed upon. Free dress is excluded on all school Mass days.

2. Naming Rights: PK Playground, $280 - Put the finishing touches on this playground with your family's name imprinted on a sign that will be posted inside the fence where our littlest St. Cecilia students play. This auction item is for the 2023-2024 school year. The name on the sign can only be a family name or the name(s) of the student(s). 

3. 8th Grade Graduation Package, $240 - “Oh, The Places You Will Go!” This package includes premium seating for six at the St. Cecilia Catholic School class of 2023 graduation.  Also included is a framed picture of this year's graduates which has been signed by each member of the class, creating a wonderful keepsake to remember your years at St. Cecilia Catholic School. 4. Private Happy Hour for 20 at Daily Gather, $720 - Gather 'round and stay a while with your closest friends or colleagues over drinks and heavy hors-d'oeuvres at Memorial hot spot- Daily Gather. Includes three (3) drinks per person from a private bar, plus heavy appetizers. You will have the choice of using the private dining area or the private patio area.
