EVENT REGISTRATION

Please join us for Teaching Global Civics: Current Events Through a Foreign Policy Lens professional development workshop. This free, virtual workshop will take place on Wednesday, January 10th from 4:00pm to 5:00pm via Zoom. This PD is appropriate for high school and higher ed educators.

Our speaker for this session is Casey Finch, Deputy Director of Teaching and Learning at the Council on Foreign Relations. CFR Education aims to close the global literacy gap in our country by providing accessible, accurate, and authoritative global affairs resources to educators and students. This session will guide participants on how to address current events through a foreign policy lens. A recommended framework will be provided that utilizes CFR Education’s Tools of Foreign Policy learning resources.

One PD hour is earned for this session and a certificate can be provided upon request.

Please only sign up if you can attend and let us know if your attendance status changes. Thank you!
