Location: Red Hook Community Center, 59 Fisk St, Red Hook

To purchase tickets you will need the following information:

Names of each guest. *If you don’t know who your guests will be at this time, please write the word “Guest” as first name and add your last name. (e.g. Guest Smith)
For Gala Attendees: Dinner Selection for yourself and each guest. *Note: You must indicate a dinner choice for each guest, even if you don’t know your guest at this time.
Email and phone for guests is appreciated if possible.
NOTE FOR TABLE PURCHASERS: If you are purchasing a table, please indicate your guest names and dinner selections in the "Additional Notes" box.
