This workshop is for those looking to start their Pastel journey. It will take place on July 22nd from 10am to 1pm at the Maine Coastal Islands visitor center, located at 9 Water Street in Rockland. There is a $45 fee to attend this workshop. All materials are provided. This workshop is being facilitated by Janalee Welch and is limited to 12 participants.
