We're looking for volunteers to host a Webinar Viewing Party on Wednesday, October 11, 4:30-7:00pm. This is an event in your community that offers space for community and school garden leaders to gather, view a webinar on season extension, discuss related issues and swap ideas for seasons to come. We hope to see Webinar Viewing Parties at locations all over Vermont (and beyond)!
1st: Check out our current list of Webinar Viewing Party locations at http://vcgn.org/what-we-do/growit/. If you see a location already in your community you may want to join forces. If you don't see a location in your area we'd love for you to help us out by hosting an event!
2nd: Check out the following list of required amenities for hosting:
- seating for up to 20 people
- onsite restroom
- internet access
- ability for attendees to collectively view webinar (large t.v., projector & screen, or other large viewing space)
3rd: Fill out the following form to indicate your interest in hosting or collaborating.
4th: We will be in touch to discuss your event, share associated tips and resources, and answer any further questions you have about hosting.
