Register for the Walk

During Land Trust Days, we invite you to walk with us at Sowams Woods, a 12.3-acre network of trails owned and managed by the Barrington Land Conservation Trust.

The terrain is gentle but may be wet in places. The distance is about 1.5 miles round-trip. Dress for the weather and wear sturdy, water-resistant footwear. In the event of bad weather, we'll contact you to reschedule. The guided walk will last a little over one hour.

We'll meet and park in the dirt parking area at the juncture of North Lake Drive and the former South Lake Drive in Barrington, RI (see below).
