Alumni / Friend of School Update Form

I am trying to update the database of those who have a connection to St. Ludmila Academy, St. Ludmila Elementary, St. Paul High School, and/or Shiner Catholic School.

Over the years, as data has been transferred from handwritten to digital some things have gotten mixed up. I'm trying very hard to update the files. For example. An address of 115 S. Ave XYZ which was handwritten was input as 1155 Ave XYZ. It's little errors like that that I'm trying to catch.
