Set up your Water Reporter Organization Account

Choose the type of Water Reporter Account that you want to create.
Contact Information

Start by sharing your contact information so that a member of the Water Reporter Team can contact you with any follow up questions. We will also notify you when your organization account and administrative privileges have been set up.  This typically takes about two business days.

Administrative Account Holders

Next, let's get your individual Water Reporter account squared away.

Your Water Reporter organization page requires at least one administrator to manage it. An administrator is an individual Water Reporter user with additional privileges. Set up your individual Water Reporter account by downloading the app to your mobile phone or creating one here.


List names and emails of staff that you want to receive administrative privileges. Each person must create his or her own Water Reporter account before we can assign administrative privileges. The accounts can be created in the future.

Now, it's time to gather all the details that will allow us to create your organization page for you.

Enter the watershed names or codes that you want associated with your organization account (We can assign at scales HUC6-12). If you are unsure, please note this in the box and continue the set up process.

Upload an organization logo in as high a resolution as possible.
Next Steps

After you hit submit the Water Reporter Team will use the information to set up your organization account. We will get in touch with any questions and to set up a training to walk through your account features. If you have any questions, email support@waterreporter.org.
